Tandoori Chicken in an Air Fryer

 


We all love Tandoori Chicken and it's easy in an airfryer. Even better when the chicken has an orange sticker, oh yes Orange sticker tandoori dinner. We should eat this more often...

Shopping list: lemons, yogurt.

Method
Lemon marinate

Pull the skin off the chicken, cut the flesh here and there. Squeeze half a lemon over the chicken, mix well, sprinkle some salt and put it in the fridge for half an hour at least.

Tandoori Marinade

Combine the below with yogurt
Garlic, chop/crush
Coriander
Garam Masala
Chilli powder
Turmeric
Paprika
Several tbl spoons of rapeseed oil

Put the yogurt mixture over your chicken and mix well, let it sit in the fridge for an hour or overnight.

Get your air fryer as hot as it will go, about 7 mins turn over and when it looks like the top picture, you have yourself some great tandoori chicken. Serve with some raitas and Bombay mustard potatoes.
