Bombay Mustard Potatoes - Air Fryer Recipe
If you make this fab Indian side dish of Bombay potatoes I suggest you make lots or ban people from your kitchen, 'cos these air fried roast spicy potatoes are so moreish, they will disappear. And Bombay mustard potatoes made with this method is very easy.So peel your spuds and cut into similar sized cubes, wash and put on to par boil for about 10 mins. Add a tablespoon of turmeric and the same of a madras curry powder. When the potatoes have done the time drain and set aside.
Finely chop an onion, put it in a mixing bowl then add a few tablespoons of rapeseed oil, then add a tablespoon of whole grain mustard, mix well. Now add the potatoes and mix.

Get your air fryer as hot as it will go and roast for about fifteen minutes, turning occasionally until they look like the above picture.

Spring onions, cashew nuts, tomatoes, chilli, vinegar.
Cucumber with yogurt.
Yogurt with tamarind sauce.
Yogurt with aubergine pickle.
