Black Bo's Edinburgh

I'm really pleased to find this menu (below) from Black Bo's Restaurant which was in Blackfriars, Edinburgh, a vegetarian/vegan restaurant that I used to love to go to around the mid - late 90's. The food blew me away! Especially as I could never figure out how they made some of the dishes, but now I've found this menu - well I'm going to have a go!
