Chicken Biryani Arancini
Airfried arancini biryani fun to make, fun to eat, some of these contain dhal some contain mango chutney.
I had some left over roast chicken , and I use Lazia biryani mix which is very strong so just use a tablespoon or two.
Fry your onions till very brown, add grated ginger, add spice mix stir for two mins, add tomatoes after five mins add pre cooked chicken, add lots of yogurt simmer for five mins.
Cook rice until almost done and then mix with the sauce.
Make your filling.
Allow to cool then using your arancinotto mould make your biryani arancini. Wash with beaten egg, breadcrumb and air fry till golden.
