Sausage stew with harissa


There are recipes that you think that are so obvious that you think why have I never just done that, doh. This dish is common to the Levant, Middle East region, but why not Cumbria?

So parboil some spuds, fry some onions in large slices, add garlic, then about half a tube of harissa, move it about for a minute, add some halved toms. Grill sausages. When done combine and add olives. Serve
