Sunday Brunch - super tasty - super quick & easy - super food!

Asparagus wrapped in bacon is a favourite in our house, as you may have gathered.

Put your grill on full, put the tomatoes under the heat straight away as they need the longest cooking time, wrap the Asparagus with Bacon; secure with a cocktail stick and place under the grill (turn over a couple of times during cooking - about 10 mins). Put your eggs in simmering boiling water (if your eggs are fresh you don't need to add vinegar to the water), put the bread under the grill, and shout 'Ready in a minute, come and get it!'
