Italian Oven Baked Potatoes



Once you've made these you'll always boil up too many potatoes for your meal so that you've plenty of these lovely fellas for the following day. It doesn't matter what potatoes you have or the type of tomatoes - or if they get a bit burn't. It doesn't even matter what you are serving them with. They never come out of the oven looking tidy, but so what!

Ingredients

Potatoes
Tomatoes
Onions
Basil
Salt and Olive oil

Parboil sliced potatoes, thinly slice onions, slice tomatoes and separate with a basil leaf, dribble olive oil over them and sprinkle salt. Place in the middle of an oven at about 180 until browned and ready.
