Peruvian Pork, Apple, Chilli, fresh coriander and Lime Stew Recipe in a slow cooker

Peruvian Pork, Apple, Chilli and Lime Stew sounds weird but wow it's amazing, pork and apple go together but then a whole bunch of fresh coriander and a lime cut into two, and two mild green chillies left whole? This I made in the crock pot and it is traditionally served with rice.

Ingredients:-

Some pork steaks or diced pork
Large cooking apple, peeled and sliced.
Chicken stock
Pack coriander
1 lime cut in half
2 mild fresh chillies, left whole
Onion
1 garlic clove

When I cook a stew in the slow cooker, I prep it as if I'm cooking it in a pan.

I fry off the onions till clear, add garlic and brown the meat a bit, then add all the other ingredients and water, bring it to the boil and then transfer to the slow cooker.

As I write this is a 'wow' dish, it might not look that pretty but what an incredible taste.

Enjoy!
