Spanish Chickpea and chorizo stew - potaje de garbanzos y corizo recipe
This is a taste of Spain, something you may of had at a little bar in a pueblo blanco village clinging to the side of a mountain in Andulacia, olive oil, spicy chorizo, garlic, tomatoes, paprika. Ola, I've missed you.
Ingredients:
Spicy chorizo sausagePotatoes
Tin of chickpeas
Onion
2 Cloves of garlic
Few tomatoes, some tom puree
Veg stock
Paprika 2 tsp
So in some olive oil brown some onions, add garlic then after a minute add sliced chorizo, add cubed potatoes, add sliced tomatoes, fry for a minute then add the paprika then add veg stock and cook for ten mins then add drained and washed chick peas, simmer till spuds cooked through and serve with wine and bread to those you love.
