Best Egg Bread
When my children were young I used to love to make them egg bread, the used to form a short que in the kitchen and as quick as they ate their piece of egg bread they'd return to the back of the que and await another piece from the frying pan until either sated or I'd run out of eggs, bread or tomato sauce.
The secret to making really good egg bread is a really hot frying pan, and ordinary white bread. No posh stuff.
Method beat a couple of large eggs, add a dash of milk and a pinch of salt into a bowl. Dip the bread in, don't soak it, and fry it in just a little olive oil. Move the bread immediately as it goes in, ligthly brown and turn over.
