Roast Parsnip and Roast Apple Soup
Peel and cut parsnips into smallish bits, mix with a little oil and roast in an air fryer for fifteen mins or so, add some chunks of an Apple after ten mins, roast till both browned a bit, add to your pan, add a potato cut into bits, add water and a chicken stock, I also added some cider. When the potato is soft blend till smooth and season (use white pepper if you have some). Make croutons in the air fryer and add a spoon of soft cheese to serve.
