Blanco y Negro Bean Chilli (V) Recipe
It doesn't matter if you are of the vegetablist fraternity or not when it comes to bowls of beans like this, feed it to any carnivore and they'll constantly crave veggie chilli.

This is a quick and easy dish.

Ingredients:-

Black beans
White beans like Cannellini
Tin Toms
Red pepper
Tom Puree
Onion
Fresh Chillis to taste
Chilli powder
Garlic
Cloves 2
Tsp Cocoa
Cumin
Herbs - Thyme
1 Tblsp Polenta/Corn Maize (skip if you don't have it).

Soft cheese to serve.

Method

Soften the onions and diced pepper in a little oil, when the onions are clear add garlic, thinly sliced chillis, cloves, herbs and after a couple of minutes add a tsp of cumin and chilli powder to taste, then a squidge of tom puree which you fry for a minute. Add a tin of chopped toms, drained and washed beans, water to cover and simmer, after a few mins add a tsp of chocolate powder and a tblsp of Polenta (which thickens the stew). Simmer for fifteen mins or so and season and serve with a dollop of soft cheese.
