Tomatillo Salsa

 



Okay Amigo want to taste a tomatillo salsa? So having spent ages growing the fruit take it out of it's paper shells, the fruit will feel sticky, cut in half and arrange on a baking tray with garlic, onion, a red pepper and roast in the oven for about 40 mins or until all is browned slightly and soft.

In a blender add lime juice, lemon juice, season, add a tablespoon of cumin and a tablespoon of white wine vinegar, add the roasted veg and blend.

You don't get much for your trouble but how else would you try this?
