Glutted with courgettes? Well these crisps are well lush, a perfect nibble for a posh nosh do, or a quietener for brats, pimples to make and they do do a vanishing act, in the middle is red pesto mayonnaise, yep make a dip in three seconds, go figure.
So how. Well mix breadcrumbs with parmesan grated, thats parmesan that's been grated not the grated variety, there's no such thing as grate grated. Slice the courgettes thinly and brush both sides with olive oil, place on a baking sheet, spoon a splodge of bread/cheese mix and bake in a hot oven until they look similar to the above.
