Lockdown Lasagne

Okay and yep you're asking, we can all make lasagne, what's different? Well the ragu, has simmered for three hours, yes there's time on my hands at the moment, and I don't feel decorating today but will tomorrow. And the cheese mixture - this isn't made with a bechemel sauce, this is made with a cheese mix of soft cheese, I didn't have any ricotta, but did have mozzerella and parmesan, with some parsley stirred in, oh and no nutmeg. Mushrooms, err no none of them either.

Also I cooked the pasta sheets for a couple of minutes then put them in cold water, which is something I learnt - you can stop pasta cooking this way and add to your sauce later if you have your timings wrong... They didn't stick together.
