Lentils with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic and chilli
I made a lentil loaf - on the blog, a bit back and had deliberately cooked a few too many brown lentils (boiled with an onion and a bay leaf), so this simple dish is just as you can see, olive oil, chopped jelapeno chilli, garlic, balsamic vinegar and seasoning. Simple but lovely spread on toasted french stick.
