Airfryer Spanish Chickpea Balls in Tomato Sauce Recipe - Albondigas de Garbanzos en Salsa de Tomate

Tin chickpeas
Breadcrumbs
Egg
Onion
Garlic
Carrot
Cumin 2tsp
Parsley
Season
Passata
Herbs - bay, thyme
Onion
Potatoes
Red pepper
Garlic 2 cloves
Paprika

Veg stockMethod - Balls
Wash chickpeas and mash, add breadcrumbs and an egg, finely chopped onion and grated carrot, 2 tsp of cumin mix and form into balls. Brush with olive oil and cook on roast for 15 mins in your airfryer, move about now and again. After fifteen mins check if you think they are cooked enough.Sauce
Fry chopped onion till clear add garlic, add small pieces of potato, red pepper, stock pot, herbs and simmer for ten mins then add the passata and simmer till all cooked.
Finish
Add the balls to the pan for a few minutes and serve.
