Recipe for apple and red pepper gazpacho

 

A Panama, a who dunnit, a bowl of apple and red pepper gazpacho and a sunny afternoon in Summer, and as long as nothing happens anything is possible.

Apple and red pepper gazpacho is possible too, fish out your blender and you are half way there, so peel a cucumber and chop into chunks and lob in, chop a red pepper and add, peel an apple and core it, then some spring onions, a garlic clove, pour in some tomato juice, a splash of rice wine vinegar, add seasoning and a little paprika, and blend till smooth.

Chill for a bit and enjoy.
