Pizza di Patate

mmm, if this hits your eye, I think it'll be more likely to be divorcey than amore, and at least a trip to A&E... burns, concussion. 

Boil and mash your cooked potatoes with a little olive oil and season - no butter and no milk. Make a flat layer of mash in a dish.

Make a tasty, thick, tomato, garlic and onion sauce, add capers and black olives pour this sauce over your layer of mash. Cover with more mash and top with slices of mozzarella and put in the oven for fifteen mins or until the cheese bubbles beautifully.

Serve with a seranade, go on, you know you are Dean Martin...
