Tiramisu with Baileys


Wolf down on your inner greed and if gluttony is a sin, this then is pure over indulgence and you'll have to pay for it later...  But its bloody good at the time.

Make a mug of strong black coffee, lace it with Ameretto, allow to cool.

Mix and whip together 250gm of Marscapone with 250ml of double cream, a tablespoon of caster sugar, a splash of vanilla extract and a glug of Baileys, until it forms peaks. Put in a piping bag.

Find a container and line it with cling film all the way around it's interior. Put some of the cream mixture to cover the bottom. Pour the coffee into a wide container, and dip the sponge fingers into it, layer on top of the cream mix and cover with cream, repeat. Turn out of the container and tidy, make the top look pretty, put it in the fridge to chill for a few hours, then dust with Cocoa powder.

Serve to the innocent.
