Chickpeas & Spinach, with Greek Yoghurt in a wrap
Twenty minute food if you happen to have chickpeas, spinach, Greek yoghurt and some wraps....
Ingredients
Chickpeas
Spinach
Onion
Garlic
Garam Masala
Fresh Ginger
Bit of fresh Chilli
Seasoning
Fry the onion till clear but add garlic - sliced, and grated fresh ginger and chpped chilli. When the onion is clear add the Garam Masala, stir, then after a couple of minutes when the spices smell great add the drained chickpeas, chop the spinach up and it to the pan, add a little water, cover, let it bubble gently for ten minutes. Spoon the mixture into a wrap and then cover with some Greek yoghurt - wrap it up and serve.
